Cancellation Policy

Cancellation only for 48 hours after booking confirmation.

After that, cancel before 30 days prior to your check-in date and receive a 50% refund. After that bookings are non-refundable. 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.

Bookings made last minute or 7 days prior check-in day are none-refundable. (48 hour period rule does not apply.)

Our Extenuating Circumstances policy does not cover travel disruptions caused by COVID-19.

The health and wellbeing of our guests, partners and employees are our top priority. We wanted to share with you the steps we are taking to keep all of our guests and employees safe and informed during these uncertain times.​
We will continue to maintain our existing standards of sanitation and provide additional training to our cleaning employees about appropriate disinfecting techniques. We’re encouraging our entire community, including our guests, to exercise recommended social distancing practices.​
We are following social distancing practices and have instructed our teams to leave items outside of your door whenever possible and ALWAYS conduct business with masks. We’re actively monitoring the situation and following the guidance of the World Health Organization and the U.S. Center for Disease Control & Prevention. We’ll continue to respond based on their advice and will update you with any future developments.
