Cancellation only for 48 hours after booking confirmation.

After that, cancel before 30 days prior to your check-in date and receive a 50% refund. After that bookings are non-refundable. 3% credit card processing fee is non-refundable.

Bookings made last minute or 7 days prior check-in day are none-refundable. (48 hour period rule does not apply.)

Our Extenuating Circumstances policy does not cover travel disruptions caused by COVID-19.

We are following social distancing practices and have instructed our teams to leave items outside of your door whenever possible and ALWAYS conduct business with masks.
